Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep platform knowledge, proven development expertise, and experience working with ServiceNow SPM and CSA modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
Work extensively on SPM and CSA implementations
Optimize platform performance and ensure best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 years of ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with SPM and CSA
JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting expertise
Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
