We are partnering with a top-tier plaintiff-side employment litigation practice seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to take a leading role litigating Wage & Hour Class Action matters against major corporate defendants.
This is a true litigation position offering real case ownership, courtroom exposure, and direct mentorship from highly accomplished plaintiff attorneys. Ideal for attorneys ready to elevate their practice, responsibility, and compensation.
Responsibilities
- Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and substantive filings
- Litigate wage & hour class actions in state and federal court
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy
- Manage your own docket while collaborating with senior litigators
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required
- Employment law, wage & hour, or class action experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance litigation environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $210,000 – $275,000 base performance incentives
