The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager seeking exposure to a broad range of California PI matters and a clearly defined hybrid schedule.
Hybrid Schedule (Clearly Defined):
- In-office during onboarding to learn systems, workflows, and expectations
- Within 90 days: Transition to 3 days in office / 2 days remote, once performance and routine are established
This is a true hybrid role, not a future or informal promise!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation support
- Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates
- Coordinate medical treatment, records, billing, and liens
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently
- Track deadlines and maintain organized, litigation-ready files
Mandatory Experience:
- Plaintiff-side Personal Injury case management experience required
- Experience must be broad — single-specialty backgrounds (e.g., asbestos only) will not be considered
- Hands-on experience with:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Premises liability / slip and fall
- Other common personal injury matters
Compensation:
- $80,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
- Range provided in compliance with California pay transparency laws
