As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and fostering relationships with existing clients in the greater Lehigh Valley area. With a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you will represent Dempsey in a professional manner, driving sales and exceeding targets.

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
