Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Identify and resolve member issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Educate members on our products and services and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs.
- Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and financial products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
