As a Virtual Office Phone Support for Denali, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer support for our clients. You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls and inquiries related to our clients' businesses and their IT infrastructure. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients receive prompt, professional, and efficient support to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person- Providing technical support to clients over the phone for any IT-related issues or queries
- Assisting clients with setting up and troubleshooting their virtual office phone systems
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Educating clients on the features and benefits of our virtual office phone solutions
- Documenting all interactions with clients and keeping accurate records of all support tickets
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest virtual office phone technologies and trends in the industry
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making suggestions to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
