We are currently seeking a driven HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team. As a member of our highly collaborative HRIS team, responsibilities would include managing our HR Systems, while ensuring accurate processing of employee data, and entry level reporting, auditing, and issue resolution. This role may also assist with other HR projects as needed and will be under the general supervision of the HRIS Sr Manager.
Responsibilities
- Process employee data updates and maintenance in HR Systems.
- Monitor and resolve user reported issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Assist in the development of HRIS training materials.
- Facilitate timely execution of regularly scheduled system processes.
- Participate in testing of new HR functionality
- Collaborate with HRIS and other SMEs in establishing new processes, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvements HR Systems efficiency.
- Generate routine reports and design reports as requested by users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must possess 2 years of high-volume Human Resources, call center, or processing center experience, with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Knowledge or exposure to a variety of HR systems such as Infor CloudSuite GHR, Infor Lawson HCM, ADP, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday
- Exposure to payroll or time keeping systems such as Kronos or WFM is helpful.
- Background in hospitality industry a plus.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $43,000.00 to $54,000.00.
