Xanterra Travel Collection is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team!

As a Talent Coordinator you will support the Talent Team in achieving its staffing needs by getting all applicants to the finish line. This person will be process driven, with strong attention to detail, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with the Talent Supervisor, Talent Specialist, location stakeholders, and candidates to ensure everyone is getting the information they need to successfully prepare to onboard new employees. Additionally, you will play an integral role with facilitating transfers to ensure our employees receive an equally exceptional candidate experience and the process is efficient.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post/refresh approved requisitions for locations
- Work with Talent Supervisor as needed to post positions to Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage various stages of the candidate lifecycle to include (for hourly positions):
- Perform visual pre-screen of all incoming applications
- Follow-up on incomplete applications
- Extend offers and execute follow-up
- Respond to candidate correspondence
- Adhere to recruiter service level agreements
- Coordinate the international candidate application process
- Perform reference checks for select roles
- Execute on keep warm strategy for applicants
- Participate in recruiting initiatives (including job fairs)
- Track participants
- Plan & execute follow-up and follow through
- Coordinate with locations on Transfer Approval Forms
- Work closely with Talent Supervisor, Talent Specialist & location HR to ensure a great candidate experience
- Keep designated sections of location Staffing Guide up to date.
- Respond to candidate inquiries in general email inbox.

COMPENSATION: The wage range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. Pay rate based on the position located out of the Denver Headquarters.
