We are currently seeking a driven, self-starter to lead our recruitment efforts for multiple Xanterra locations. The Regional Talent Manager is responsible for the execution and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs, processes and strategies that will attract and retain talent for our locations, and enhance the candidate experience. This position will need to build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand location specific talent objectives and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to identify location talent needs, conduct workforce analysis, and implement recruiting strategies
- Work with Support Services team to develop effective analytics to measure the success of the team and recruiting efforts
- Determine workflow of regional team based on volume and need positions
- Coach, develop and support the regional recruiting team towards successful achievement of established goals
- Ensure adherence to recruiter Service Level Agreements and procedures
- Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions
- Responsible for the recruitment of high level field positions within region, work with hiring managers on coordination of next steps, and extension of offers for these roles
- Educate, consult and assist hiring managers to follow established processes and procedures
- Work with locations on forecasting of Bridge SWT employees and trainees, coordinate needs with agencies
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure a high level of communication and collaboration
- Ensure proper re-engagement of dispositioned candidates to alternate locations and positions
- Work with Support Services team to identify training opportunities, develop team members, and confirm effectiveness of regional team
- Promote and support movement of talent across the organization including transfers and promotions
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- A strong knowledge of current talent management practices, trends, and new developments
- Ability to travel as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 2-3 years experience as a people manager
- 3-4 years experience in recruiting, at a management level in hospitality or similar industry
- Experience with applicant tracking system and integrated systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with exceptional Excel skills
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $64,000 to $72,000
