Summary
To provide day-to-day support in the Digital Division by assembling, installing, programing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting systems for digital signage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Assemble LED Displays from various manufacturers
- Configure LED Displays using NovaLCT
- Program content to LED Displays
- Configure Communication Devices such as 2.4Ghz Point-to-Point antennas, IP addressing, Cellular
- Assist in scheduled Service and Installation of LED Displays at customer sites.
- Complete RMA’s for LED Display Warranty work.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of Stock Panels and Service Parts
Skills/Software Knowledge
- Knowledge of Grandwell, Hyoco, Cirrus, and Prismview LED Displays is Preferred
- Knowledge of Novastar Processors and Software
- Knowledge of basic computer networking
- Knowledge of Corel, Sketchup, or other 3D CAD style programs is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be technical and be above average working with computers

- Network experience
- Programing experience
- Mechanical background
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
