As a CRM Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and retaining our valued customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Optimizing customer flow strategies
- Identifying segment opportunities
- Crafting engaging email and SMS copy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Providing performance reports and recommendations
- Conducting A/B tests for continuous improvement
- Analyzing CRM KPIs
- Staying updated on industry best practices
- Support retention teams overall needs
Your Success will be Measured by:
- Email & Text Conversion
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Customer Lifetime Value
- CRM Contribution to E-commerce Revenue Goals
What Were Looking For:
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of e-commerce experience and email marketing
- Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools and software (cms, email, promotions, advertising, spreadsheets, and reporting) required
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, Tableau, and Google Analytics a plus
