What are the responsibilities and job description for the Report Developer I position at Desert Oasis Healthcare?
The Report Developer I is the entry level position within the Report Developer series and is part of the Business Informatics team. The Report Developer I assists with the maintenance and development of reports, gathering user reporting requirements and translating data into informative analytical or graphic reports under the mentorship of the Report Developer III and/or the Reports Developer Supervisor.
- Create SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports of low complexity through the assessment of user requirements, analysis of business operations and resulting in an appropriate compilation and presentation of data under the mentorship and guidance of a Report Developer III and/or the Report Developer Supervisor.
- Provide entry level reporting support for the organization. This includes, but is not limited to: troubleshooting, report modification and report creation.
- Escalate issues/requests to higher level Report Developer and the Report Developer Supervisor.
- Write and maintain Report Documentation in Knowledge Management System.
- Assist with the maintenance of current queries, views and stored procedures.
- Perform code and review report for other department staff and provide pertinent feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an SSRS certification or training program.
- 1 year of business analyst, data analysis or reporting experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of business analysis, data management and reporting concepts.
- Detail oriented. Ability to reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability establish and maintain working relationships. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
- At the discretion of DOHC/FHC management, this position has the potential to be a full or hybrid telecommuting position.
