Design Works Custom Painting, Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a PART TIME position within our Billing Department.
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 7:30AM THRU 3:30PM
12-1PM LUNCH
Required Experience & Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*2 years of billing experience in a construction company environment
*Strong understanding of construction billing practices
*Proficient in QUICKBOOKS (A MUST), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Typing speed of 60 WPM
*Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Responsibilities Include:
*Preparing and processing invoices
*Managing accounts receivable
*Communicating with clients and vendors regarding billing issues
*General office support tasks as needed (phones, filing, data entry, etc.)
