Design Works Custom Painting, Inc. & Affiliated Nonprofit Organization is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual individual to join our team in a full-time Receptionist/Personal Assistant role. This unique position supports both our professional painting company and our nonprofit initiatives, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
• Familiarity with the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing speed of 50 WPM
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Primary Responsibilities for the Painting Company:
• Provide general administrative support (answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Communicate professionally with clients and field crews
• Maintain organized office systems and records & Draft Proposals
For the Nonprofit Organization:
• Assist in maintaining donor and volunteer databases, coordinating fundraising events and community outreach efforts
• Manage RSVPs, prepare event materials, and help coordinate volunteers, support email newsletter and social media
• Draft and send thank-you letters to donors and sponsors
• Help maintain website content and community bulletin boards
