Designblendz is looking for an executive assistant to support the CEO in daily operations as well as help with office tasks. This role may also involve down the line, building an infrastructure to hire and train assistants to support other key staff members within the organization as we continue to scale nationwide.

Duties
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for CEO and Leadership.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, scheduling travel, and organizing catering when necessary
- Screening and assisting with executive email
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling and welcoming all visitors into the office
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Take minutes during all executive meetings
- Creating memos and assisting in presentations for the organization
- Working to develop organizational marketing collateral
Requirements
- Work experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal, typing, and written communication skills
