Description
The Locker Room Attendant maintains the DAC's high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in locker rooms, showers, and restrooms.
- Ensure towels, toiletries, and other amenities are stocked and neatly arranged.
- Respond promptly and courteously to member requests or concerns.
- Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by fostering a warm and professional environment.
- Assist members with locker assignments and ensure proper security of personal belongings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous custodial, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods; lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
