Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

• Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
• Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system Wide Orbit.
• Makegood any commercials that did not air into future weeks in Wide Orbit
• Daily contact with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
• Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation
• Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders deliver and bill in full
• Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
• Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies.
