Job Title: Virtual Events Marketing Manager
Location: Overland Park, KS
Duration: 08/25/2025 to 08/24/2026
Salary range: $40 to $45/hr
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of virtual events and webinars
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Brand, Campaigns, etc.)
- Manage content creation: presentations, speaker notes, social media posts, emails, and webpages
- Oversee event calendars, timelines, and logistics
- Execute and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Track performance using Salesforce; generate reports and insights
- Maintain and improve event processes, templates, and best practices
- Preferred experience with On24 or similar virtual platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6 years in B2B marketing
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience managing webinars and virtual events
- Familiarity with Salesforce, On24, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
