Description:
Seeking an experienced Virtual Event Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building awareness for our suite of products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on virtual events and webinars.
Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.
Oversee virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution.
Manage the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning.
Develop content for the event including an outline, PowerPoint presentations and speaking points.
Develop webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels.
Execute and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations.
Generate reports leveraging Salesforce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars.
Working a process to produce virtual events including: topic selection, content creation, speaker planning, editorial content calendar, campaign integration, demand generation tactic planning and execution, event production, sales enablement, event reporting, asset utilization.
Project managing tasks, communicating with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
6 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Proven success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events.
Experience with On24 or other virtual platform and customer engagement hubs.
Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to use when developing content.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and work well in a team environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Virtual Event Platforms, preferably On24, SFDC, PowerPoint
Preferred background: Planning and executing virtual events/webinars.
Ability to matrix manage stakeholders, proactive communicator, ability to persuade others to see a new opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a knack for both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
