Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Mill, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of TMS and logistics-related initiatives
• Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams and external partners
• Deliver regular status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders
• Identify risks and mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary
• Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for multiple concurrent projects
• Evaluate transportation business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Drive communication and change management planning
• Support documentation of project scope, responsibilities, and workflows
• Facilitate discussions around project roles, responsibilities, and milestones
• Ensure adherence to internal project management standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 7 years of project management experience
• 2 years of experience managing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) projects
• Proven success in delivering complex cross-functional projects
• Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, or transportation operations
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SDLC, risk management, and change management principles
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• PMP or similar certification preferred
