They are a leader in investment banking, commercial banking, and asset management.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a senior level recruiter with excellent client management skills, the ability to lead efficient meetings, and substantial experience with complex offers, impeccable sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with product recruitment skills.
Recruiting for: (Functional types of roles)
- Product recruiting – Product manager, Product delivery (Previous Experience Required)
- Marking – Marketing Generalist, product marketing
- Supports cards (Business) example Chase Freedom, Payment products, Chase Travel
Requirements:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting Experience
- Intake with hiring manager, setup system, all the way through the process
- Previous ATS experience (Oracle preferred)
- Possible sourcing – Sourcing team in place but could be a possibility still required
- Experience with closing deals ( rate negotiation, compensation, closing)
- Experience with complex offers
- Strong communication skills – Will be requested for feedback from executives at times
- 5 days in the office
