What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor I (Family Based Counseling) position at Diakon?
General Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a professional and supportive relationship with youth and their families by providing therapeutic interventions.
- Provides individual, couple, family and/or group therapy sessions.
- Completes monthly treatment plan updates and required paperwork and
- Provides crisis management services as needed.
