Senior Mechanical (MEP) Construction Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical (MEP) Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees HVAC, piping, plumbing, and coordination across MEP trades to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of large commercial MEP projects
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with owners, GCs, and design teams
- Oversee change management, cost controls, and risk mitigation
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance

- Extensive experience managing large commercial mechanical or MEP projects
