We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial mechanical projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, and thrives in fast-paced environments. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations from preconstruction through closeout. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as this role involves close coordination with general contractors, engineers, and field teams. Prior experience managing projects over $15M in value is highly preferred. Travel is required, with all expenses covered.
Requirements:
- 5 years of mechanical construction project management experience
- Proven history managing large commercial projects
- Ability to travel extensively as needed
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project lifecycle
