Field Service - Automated Cranes Gantries Hoists - Fishers, INField Service Maintenance Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Field Service Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Automated Industrial Lifting Equipment Hoists Cranes Gantries Trolleys Transfer Cars Automation Control Systems .
Participate in the design, installation, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting of automated lifting systems involving Automated Cranes Gantries Hoists for clients across region.
Maintain and grow solid client relationships. Evaluate company proposal and customer equipment specifications to determine optimal machine control architecture.
Oversee project execution including team leadership, control panel engineering, PLC and HMI programming, and site start-up of integrated systems.
Program automation.. Assist customer acceptance testing of subject equipment. Support projects in the field including installation, secondary acceptance testing, and startup support and training.
Troubleshoot automation components such as : Power Supplies HMI Touchscreens & Digital Displays Programmable Controls PLCs & Drives Pendants Motors & Variable Frequency Drives Machine Vision Collision Avoidance Systems Lidar, Infrared, and Lasers Spot, Warning & Safety Lights Slotted Microwave Guide SMGs Optic & Magnetic Positioning Systems APOS.
