Dieffenbauch & Hritz (D&H) is currently seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering design team in our Morgantown, WV office. The qualified individual will work within our design team to generate construction and permit plans for energy and land development clients. The Senior Civil Engineer will have experience with Hydrology and Hydraulics design.

Dieffenbauch & Hritz (D&H) is currently seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering design team in our Morgantown, WV office. The qualified individual will work within our design team to generate construction and permit plans for energy and land development clients. The Senior Civil Engineer will have experience with Hydrology and Hydraulics design.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead hydraulics design on DOT projects including:
- Hydrologic analysis
- Storm drainage design
- Culvert design
- Ditch design
- Prepare hydraulics report
- Manage hydraulics for group including:
- Mentoring/training staff in hydraulic analysis and design
- Interact with clients and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related degree.
- Minimum of six years’ experience.
- Proficiency in HEC-RAS, AutoCad, HY-8, preferred
- Professional Engineer in WV, PA or OH preferred.
