Remote Patient Access Representative: Promptly and professional communicate with patients inquiring about the weight loss services offered. Contact patients by phone and/or email to provide information and answer questions regarding the weight loss procedures and services performed by office. Requires complete understanding of weight loss services provided to include procedures performed, qualifications to be a candidate and the knowledge to answer most questions. Provide written resource documentation to interested patients and work with Weight Loss Coordinators to schedule initial consultation with physicians/nurse practitioners.Must have excellent English and Spanish communication skills. Previous Medical Office experience helpful . Four - five days, approximately 25 hours.Schedule:Four to five days per week Weekend availability
