Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
The ULUX Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting management in the administration of the service department by coordinating transportation and appointments for the ULUX service department.
Ability to:
Education/Training High School diploma or the equivalent
Valid in-state Driver's license and clean driving record
Benefits
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service
Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&D in the amount of $5,000.00
PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service
Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service
401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service
o 100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service

Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
The ULUX Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting management in the administration of the service department by coordinating transportation and appointments for the ULUX service department.
- Schedule service appointments for Ultra Luxury service advisors and ensure prework orders are prepared
- Answer department phone with exceptional service-oriented approach
- Maintain transport calendar daily
- Maintain driver book
- Schedule transport pickup/delivery and prepare required paperwork
- Prep loaner contracts for outgoing cars and check-in upon return and maintain spreadsheet
- Daily service cashier report/deposit
- Process transport invoices
- Create purchase orders
- Contact clients regarding outstanding payments
- Manage extended warranty schedule/payments
- Prepare pre-work orders for valet and transport pick ups
- Stay compliant with manufacturer training and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
