Location:Brooklyn, NY (In-person, servicing projects across NYC)
Type: Full-Time
We’re hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations across multiple projects in New York City. This is a leadership position with direct responsibility for field coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. You’ll represent the company on site, set the tone for how our work gets done, and ensure that every trade, task, and detail moves forward to our standards.
We’re looking for someone with experience, maturity, and judgment—someone who understands what it means to run a site in NYC and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage active construction sites across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and greater NYC
- Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and trades, holding all parties accountable to schedule and quality
- Coordinate daily field operations including inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintain site safety with zero exceptions—uphold OSHA, DOB, and company protocols at all times
- Review drawings and verify that on-site work is compliant with approved plans and specs
- Handle unforeseen issues in real-time, troubleshoot with the office team, and keep work moving
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal staff with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain detailed daily logs and participate in progress updates as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in New York City construction
- Clear knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB filings, inspections, and job site requirements
- Strong field instincts and the ability to lead without micromanaging
- A clear communicator who understands chain of command, paperwork, and responsibility
- Comfortable enforcing safety and quality without exception—even under pressure
- OSHA-30 (required), SST Card (required), Site Safety Training a plus
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus—but not a substitute for field experience
