About the Opportunity
This is not your average “social media job.”
We’re looking for an ambitious, camera-ready, real-estate-obsessed creative who wants to be on the front lines of luxury construction, elite real estate, and architectural storytelling—every single day. You’ll shadow and travel with Dino Koljenovic and the DKBDC team to document the design and build process of some of the most exciting projects in New York City (and beyond). From penthouse walkthroughs to behind-the-scenes construction moments, you’ll capture and create content that brings our brand, our projects, and our people to life.
If you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and storytelling—and your phone is already filled with beautifully edited content no one paid you to make—this is your shot. If you want to be mentored directly by leaders who built a multi-million dollar firm from the ground up—and learn the business behind the lifestyle—this is your seat at the table.
What You’ll Do
- Be the right hand to DK on content creation: document meetings, travel days, site visits, and team culture
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo video content optimized for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Help evolve DKBDC’s voice and style on social to feel as elevated, sharp, and unique as the projects we build
- Attend photoshoots, walkthroughs, and project launches to capture real-time action
- Organize and manage content libraries, archive footage, and assist in scheduling posts
- Stay on top of social media trends and propose content ideas weekly
- Support brand campaigns and larger initiatives across the DKBDC portfolio
Who You Are
- A naturally creative storyteller who loves design, architecture, real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship
- Someone who knows how to work fast and still deliver polished work
- Comfortable behind the camera and confident in social-first video editing
- A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and wants responsibility
- Excited by the energy of startups, construction sites, and New York culture
- Passionate about capturing excellence and making content that makes people feel something
- Comfortable traveling, adapting, and rolling with a schedule that’s always in motion
Bonus Points If You
- Have edited for a personal TikTok or IG with strong visuals
- Have experience with Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other mobile-first editors
- Are a fan of brands like Hublot, Montblanc, Soho House, AD, or Alfa Romeo
- Have a background in film, marketing, communications, or design—but none required
This Job Is For You If
- You want to build a career in design, media, construction, or luxury real estate
- You want your work to actually matter and to see the results in the world around you
- You want to be mentored by one of the most driven and creative minds in NYC construction
- You want to build something legendary—and have a hell of a time doing it
