What You'll Do:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
- 0-5 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in personal injury, lemon law, or insurance defense is a plus
