About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Coordinator at direct2you, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll handle data management, CRM operations, setting appointments, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring all projects are completed throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Ensure orders are booked and follow up with customers to confirm details.
- Coordination: Facilitate communication between sales, delivery, and finance.
- Data Management: Maintain and oversee sales data and metrics for accuracy.
- Reporting: Create and manage sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance procedures for efficiency.
- Scheduling: Manage client appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Communication: Communicate with clients about appointments, campaigns, and performance.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with program details, upsell relevant products, and resolve any concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and achieve department goals.
Required Skills:
