Pay range: $125,000-$140,000, depending on years of experience/Psych certification

Directions for Living, a large Non Profit Social Service Community Mental Health Organization seeks caring, compassionate, mission driven Psych APRN's and APRN's (who are in the process of obtaining their Psych Certifications) with excellent clinical, psychiatric, medical, and administrative skills.
Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Essential employees may be required to work in the field, be "on call" and/or be available and able to work remotely providing telehealth services depending on the needs of the individual being served.
Providers will be required to consistently meet a minimum productivity requirement.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/ PMHNP and certification required. Will also consider APRN's who are in the process of obtaining Psych certification.
- Florida Nursing License
- M.S. in Nursing
- Must be computer literate and be proficient in Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Word. Must be able to work proficiently in a Windows environment and be able to learn other software applications quickly.
- Must be able to use Telehealth platform for service delivery, and for team and individual supervision as needed.
- Must be competent in the use of electronic health records.
