What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Client Services position at Directive?

We are seeking a Director of Client Experience to oversee the Client Success team and the Portfolio Growth function. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of deep experience running or building a client services organization whose primary KPI was revenue. This person sits on the Executive Team and should be a builder who can lead a team that drives client growth and renewals through the adoption of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Building the system that allows clients to envision themselves working with us for 24 months
  • Partnering with the Product department to roll out your vision across the 100 people in Operations
  • Partnering with the Learning department to ensure your vision is taught from the start of all new hires
  • You will be responsible for the retention, growth, and expansion numbers tied to our portfolio

Here’s what success looks like:

  • The Account Strategist team feels comfortable upselling, cross-selling, and expanding their portfolio
  • Our clients stay with us longer and leave more positive feedback in our Net Promoter Score surveys
  • You help us rely less on New Business sales by increasing the variable revenue of our existing business

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
