The Distribution Lead role located at our Denver, CO location will be able to lead a team by providing support and necessary training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Assign duties & monitor work for accuracy along with conformance to policies & procedures
  • Responsible for training & monitoring new employee training
  • Facilitate communication & collaboration with other departments to ensure schedules & deadlines are met
  • Utilize schedules, reports, & other information provided by management to make timely, well-informed decisions regarding staffing levels, job assignments, & work flow

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • HS diploma or GED and/or Associate’s degree in related field; or 3-5 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience
SKILLS
  • Well-versed in each distribution area within the warehouse: production, pack out, and shipping/receiving
  • Use computers & the appropriate applications to effectively communicate, complete & generate reports, conduct research, & complete other tasks as assigned
  • Generate, complete, maintain, & process any required paperwork or documents needed to insure completion of jobs, tasks, or work assignments to meet organizational goals & objectives

The employee must have the ability to use a keyboard and equipment typically found in a manufacturing/warehouse work setting. Individuals must have the ability to lift 45 lbs. and stand for long periods of time and the ability to operate a pallet jack loaded with receivers.
