Job Duties and Responsibilities :
The Warehouse Associates primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain a 24 / 7 facilities operation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds throughout the property
- Create inventory of all assets (& 39th) and for other locations to request (furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, racking, etc..)
- All the daily, weekly, and monthly inspections at 39th for Corporate Safety / Compliance
- Vehicle, forklift, fire extinguisher inspections, and racking
- Forklift driver, Warehouse worker, Warehouse Organization, etc.
- Light maintenance duties when assigned as well as any and all other duties assigned

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
