The work is varied and interesting. You’ll handle closely held businesses with complex structures including S-corps, partnerships, C-corps, and individuals many with multi-state needs and involved owners. It’s a generalist environment with a broad tax base, so you won’t be pigeonholed, but if you want to specialize long-term, they’ll support that too.
You'll be joining a growing team, as a senior, you’re likely already reviewing some work or close to it and ready to step further into that leadership space. You’re the kind of person who digs into the "why" behind the numbers, not just the forms. Someone who wants to grow technically and professionally, not coast.
