We're supporting a CPA firm on the NJ / PA border to help them hire Tax Managers and Directors into their growing firm.

Flexibility
You can work hybrid if you’re local to their office, or if you’re out of state then remote working is an option. (They don’t want to miss out on great talent and trust you to get your work done)
Leave the office at 5pm in busy season, have dinner with your family and if you need to work extra hours then log on after dinner. But they don’t want you to skip on family time to finish a return.
