What You'll Do:
- Identify and bring in exciting new key accounts that align with the company’s strategic vision
- Craft and execute winning sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting to closing game-changing strategic deals
- Develop innovative proposals and sales plans that optimize profitability while maintaining a competitive edge
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling RFI/RFP responses and quotes
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients through strategic account management
- Lead and collaborate in dynamic face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and facility tours to showcase capabilities
What Success Looks Like:
- 7 years of proven sales success in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Ability to bring in new business through existing relationships
- Creative, resourceful, and strong prospecting abilities
- Tech-savvy with a track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Established network and influential relationships in target industries
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, AI-powered solutions)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and fulfillment processes, and the ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate service offerings
- Exceptional project management, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to articulate complex end-to-end supply chain solutions, covering physical, digital, and financial elements
- Comfortable interfacing with all levels in organizations large and small
- Ability to build and execute a personal “win plan” to create pipeline, identify opportunities, and close sales
