JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control meetings, gather tasks from team members, update project plans, analyze data from changes made to project plan (week over week variances, critical path analysis, etc.).
Serve as a project coordinator working with technical leads on projects.
Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans.
Coordinate meetings and drive action items.
This is a client facing position. This employee will need to work with a variety of personalities often times with tight deadlines.
This project will support Hybrid between Agile and waterfall management support. Combination of tools- MS Project and DevOps.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years’ project or communication experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Must have recent Microsoft Project experience and will be asked to demonstrate.
