Customer Service Rep Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous experience working customer service in call center setting is preferred, not required

Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
- Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed
- Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 200 daily
- Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos
- Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred; call center experience a plus but not required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
