What you'll do
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of a world-class Sales Development team, executing initiatives to drive productivity, analyzing trends, and reducing administrative burdens for individual contributors and leadership. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization's sales efforts.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with Sales Development team members to enhance their capabilities, provide guidance, and streamline processes to enable them to deliver exceptional support to the Sales organization
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion
- Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, develop project plans, and drive implementation to achieve desired outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and develop strategies to optimize workflow processes
- Implement tools, technologies, and best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Sales Development activities
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to support informed decision-making and enhance the Sales Development team's strategic capabilities
- Work closely with individual contributors and leadership to identify administrative challenges and develop solutions to alleviate their administrative burdens
- Streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and implement process improvements to maximize the team's productivity
- Support ad-hoc requests and analyses
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Experience working in Salesforce
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize and interpret complex data sets
- Experience creating and executing varied analysis and support of specific initiatives
Preferred
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work on multiple cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehouse software
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $86,500 - $124,725 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $80,600 - $112,450 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
