RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst (Cloud & Market Intelligence Focus) in Redmond, WA.
Overview:
A leading cloud and technology organization is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support internal research, strategic reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. This role focuses on uncovering and synthesizing internal data and insights to help inform broader business and market strategy.
While external market scanning is already covered by another team member, this position will focus on surfacing valuable internal research, collaborating with teams across the organization to consolidate findings and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Internal Data Sources:
* Discover and catalog existing internal reports and research related to customer and competitive intelligence
* Maintain awareness of evolving data sources across internal business groups
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders who own relevant research
Analyze and Report Strategic Insights:
* Review internal findings and distill key takeaways into concise, actionable insights
* Develop clear summaries and deliverables to inform team decisions
* Participate in team working sessions and contribute to strategic discussions
Conduct Desk Research for Special Projects:
* Support high-visibility initiatives through targeted internal research
* Assist with market updates and insights for leadership-level briefings
Support Team Operations and Rhythm of Business (ROB):
* Draft content for executive communications and reporting
* Help drive the operational cadence of the team, including managing agendas, tracking open items, and supporting offsite planning
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 8 years of experience with Cloud and AI experience, especially with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
* Minimum 8 years of experience with Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to review, distill, and highlight key findings from complex reports
* Minimum 8 years of experience in the cloud technology space
* Experience: Ideally, the candidate has been in a role with research experience, cloud/AI experience, and has worked at Microsoft, Google, and/or Amazon (a major plus)
* Proactive and Self-Starter: Thrives in ambiguous situations, takes initiative, and anticipates needs
* Succinct Writer: Prioritizes concise and factual communication
* Strategic Thinker: Connects the dots to tell a larger story based on insights
* Analytical Thinker: Goes above and beyond in analyzing data and drawing meaningful conclusions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
