Operations Supervisor

Position Description: Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Idaho, Mississippi and Nevada. We are seeking to add an experienced and skilled Operations Supervisor to support our operation in Mississippi, Nevada or Idaho. Dollar Fulfillment aims to offer an unrivaled customer experience to our clients from all aspects of our business. Our ideal candidate will go above and beyond to partner with our site General Manager and floor teams to take a proactive approach to providing our clients with top-tier service.

The Operations Supervisor performs all functions related to the successful function of the warehouse floor by overseeing the organization’s full cycle fulfillment processes while meeting and exceeding company goals and standards. The Operations Supervisor works closely with the General Manager to strategize and execute all operational functions of the business. The following is not an exhaustive list of duties for the role:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

• Effectively lead the team of Warehouse Associates (permanent/contract)
• Partner with the General Manager to meet all operational needs.
• Ability to strategically interpret the business analytics to achieve goals
• Pick or pack orders within our fulfillment center as needed.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Meet and maintain all productivity standards and metrics.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items.
• Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
• Ability to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Full time (minimum 40 hours per week) - onsite position
• Weekend availability is required
• The Operations Supervisor works in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift heavy objects (at least 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education - High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL environment in a leadership role.
• 2 years of experience of working in a warehouse environment.
