Position Description: Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Idaho, Nevada and Tennessee. A Director of Technology at Dollar Fulfillment is a highly skilled, detail-oriented individual that understands the importance of teamwork and great customer service. Dollar Fulfillment aims to offer unrivaled customer experience to our clients in all aspects of our business. Our Director of Technology will go above and beyond to support our business enterprise technology needs and take a proactive approach to providing top-tier service.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with the Executive team to set Technology roadmap and strategy for all aspects of the business
• Manages all software & hardware vendor agreements and providers
• Works in a very collaborative way with our WMS application provider and related partners to keep Dollar Fulfillment on the cutting edge of productivity and client experience gains.
• Consults and develops solutions for core business issues that involve the data management between clients, partners, system vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversees technology infrastructure to maximize cost effectiveness and system availability
• Maintains tracking of all company IT assets & controls repair/replace budgets
• Reviews new vendor offerings and how they would knit into our operations and financial data plans.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related information Technology space
• Experience with Ship Hero Platform a plus
• Background in scaling high growth businesses in a cost effective manner
• Deep experience in client integration models and tools.
• Retail Compliance experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
• This is a hybrid role with flexibility as needed for remote work
• This is a full-time position.
• Potential Travel to Company Sites & Professional conferences as required
