Domex Superfresh Growers is seeking a Help Desk Technician that will be responsible for providing technical support to end users with issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. They will work with the IT team to help deploy hardware and software installations. Help Desk Technician will also manage the IT assets and the ticketing system.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to tickets either in person, over the phone, or via email in a timely manner.
- Provide remote support when/as necessary.
- Assist users in understanding the software they are using.
- Resolve technical problems with LAN and WAN systems.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC OS and software.
- Maintain user PCs, Printers, Servers and equipment.
- Deploy IT equipment out in the field (sales office desks, farms, apple packing warehouse)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of computer systems.
- Ability to keep up with documentation.
- Ability to work both with a team and independently prioritizing tasks effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast pace environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Stong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- A bachelors or technical degree in Information Technology. (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in with computer networks and systems
- CompTIA A (preferred)
