We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Asset Management and Trade Life Cycle, preferably with hands-on exposure to BlackRock Aladdin. The ideal candidate should be local to Philadelphia, PA, and ready to work closely with stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office operations to drive business and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for asset management and trading systems.
- Work with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to understand the end-to-end trade life cycle.
- Act as the liaison between business users and technology teams to implement solutions.
- Collaborate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements, especially within Aladdin.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting of trade-related issues.
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Asset Management or Investment Management domain.
- Strong understanding of the Trade Life Cycle, including order management, execution, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with the BlackRock Aladdin platform is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Philadelphia, PA.
- Experience with FIX protocols, compliance systems, or performance analytics.
- Background in agile methodology or working with cross-functional teams.
