About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on engineering leader to manage municipal infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. The selected candidate will lead a team of 5 10 engineers and be actively involved in project execution, client relations, and business development. This is a key leadership role that combines technical oversight with team and client management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil utility infrastructure
Strong background in municipal projects such as WWTP, WTP, water distribution, lift stations, and sewer systems
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
Active PE license (or the ability to obtain one in Ohio)
Proven track record in project delivery, quality assurance/control, and client engagement
