The service concierge VIP will be responsible to greet and interact with customers in the Service Drive. Additionally, responsibilities will include ensuring incoming calls are promptly answered, making follow-up calls for repair orders, confirming service appointments, and managing customer satisfaction and retention through survey follow-up. At certain times, they will assist the loaner coordinator and the service booker.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- General understanding of Microsoft Office and Technology
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow instruction, compose light correspondence and memos
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Position Responsibilities
- Promptly greet customers in the service drive and introduce them to a service advisor
- Answer incoming phone calls and ensure they are properly routed
- Schedule appointments as necessary
- Make follow-up calls to service customers for survey follow up and customer satisfaction
- Track common issues and advise the service manager
- Assist the Loaner Coordinator
- Greet customer requiring a loaner vehicle
- Prepare loaner contract
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Contact customers for survey follow up and customer satisfaction
- Greeting customers on the service drive
- Assist the Loaner Coordinator
- Flag tach time on repair orders
- Close out repair orders
- Vendor purchase orders
