Key
Responsibilities:

Draft various
litigation documents under senior attorney
supervision

Collaborate with
clients, opposing counsel, and court
personnel

Manage your own
caseload with the support of a manager and
paralegal
Requirements
- Ohio
law licensure or expected licensure with the next bar
results
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
- Attention
to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Desire
to learn and grow within the firm.

Training & Support:
Our
comprehensive training program covers all aspects of
litigation and firm practices. You'll be supported
by extensive manuals, video lessons, and in-person
training while working closely with a dedicated senior
attorney mentor.
Work-Life Balance:

billable hour requirement of 1,560 hours. Earn up to 45%
in bonus pay by exceeding billable hour goals. Enjoy
